This site represents the largest parcel of undeveloped land (312 acres) located on the shores of Georgian Bay in Collingwood, Ontario. Development approvals have already been secured for 430 homes. A new comprehensive master plan has been created for up to 1,200 mid-rise condos in a pedestrian friendly “village” setting. These architecturally themed neighbourhoods will be surrounded by a 250-acre Nature Preserve containing recreational trails, boardwalks, gazebos and fire pits strategically positioned along a 1.5 km waterfront. The project will also contain a major clubhouse amenity with a  waterside restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts and boat slips.
