Located south west of Hurontario and Dundas Streets, the former “hub” of the Township of Mississauga (also known as the Cooksville “Four Corners”), the project involved the acquisition of 7.68 acres and the subsequent development approvals for 53 single family building lots which were sold to a local homebuilder.
