Two adjoining properties (870 and 878 Dundas St. West) in Mississauga were acquired and subsequently re- zoned for a 159-suite condominium apartment building. Once development approvals were in place the site was sold to United Lands Corporation, a Mississauga-based apartment builder and the building was completed in 1986. The condominium has tremendous views of Huron Park and the surrounding valley lands located below the Dundas Street ridge.
