Golf Valley Estates is located on Hurontario St. (Hwy 10) immediately south of Steeles Ave West near the Brampton/Mississauga border. The property overlooks a scenic valley, comprising both the Peel Village Golf Course and Brampton Golf and Country Club. This 52-acre site formerly known as the “Card Family Farm”, was acquired in the early 1970’s and development approvals were secured for a mixed-use community in subsequent years. Both the 15-acre commercial parcel fronting on Hurontario Street and a 37-acre residential parcel containing 131 single family lots and a townhouse site were built out by others. Lots were eventually sold to a local home builder. Many of the lots have stunning views of the valley and connect to lengthy pedestrian trails that meander throughout the development and connect to the valley lands below.
