This 25 acres of land located in the community of Lorne Park at Vanier Dr. and the South Service Road, was acquired, developed and serviced for a single family residential subdivision. The development included Lornewood Plaza, a 25,000 sq. ft. convenience strip shopping mall. 102 serviced lots were ultimately sold to a local home builder.
